Maconomy A/S holds an extraordinary general meeting at 29 October 2007
Copenhagen, 8 October 2007. As requested by our major shareholder Danske
Industrihuse A/S (cf. an-nouncement no. 21), Maconomy's board of directors
decided on a directors' meeting at 5 October 2007 to hold an extraordinary
general meeting which will take place on 29 October 2007. Only item on the
agenda will be new-elections of board members.
