CHANGE OF DIRECTOR'S DETAILS
G4S plc, the international security solutions provider, announces that Thorleif
Krarup, one of its non-executive directors, has left the board of Scion DTU A/S
and has joined the board of Exiqon A/S. Mr Krarup has also joined the board of
Brightpoint Inc. following a merger between Dangaard Telecom A/S (of which Mr
Krarup was chairman) and Brightpoint. Mr Krarup is therefore no longer a
director of Dangaard Telecom.
