The Company will continue to expand its household cleaning products into
other items such as additional dusters, mops, brooms, brushes and sponges.
A joint research study conducted by Sanitary Maintenance magazine and ISSA
value the distributor sales market for supplies and accessories at $2.5
billion in 2006, with brooms and brushes accounting for 10.4% and dusters
and dust mops, excluding micro fibers, at 5.6% of that market.
DAC Technologies also announced that it will be developing a full line of
fireplace equipment in addition to the solid hardwood fireplace bellows for
the fall of 2008.
David A. Collins, Chairman and CEO, stated, "The Company has achieved
significant recognition for our consistent performance in the various
product lines that we supply, and as a result, we are finding that
expansion of our offerings with Wal-Mart has been growing substantially.
While the initial rollout of these new products will be to Wal-Mart, the
Company will be offering them to other customers as well. We intend to
continue to expand our product base and have also commenced a program to
tell the investment community of our success by retaining the nation's
oldest investment relations firm, Chicago-based Martin E. Janis & Company,
Inc."
