Nordea Kredit hereby publishes the base prospectus for covered mortgage bonds dated 8 October 2007. The final terms of a new series of mortgage bonds, the so-called Euribor3 mortgage bonds, are also published. The base prospectus will be available in English from 1 November 2007 from the Nordea Kredit website at www.nordeakredit.dk
