Notification of Major Shareholding
The company has been notified that Deutsche Bank AG has reduced its aggregate
direct and indirect holding in the ordinary shares and voting rights of G4S plc
so that it now holds less than 3% of the company's issued share capital, its
remaining shareholding being held directly.
