New member of management board

New financial director of Ekspress Group is Anne Kallas
Anne Kallas took up her post today, 17 October, as the new financial director
of the Ekspress Group. She is now also a member of the group's management board
alongside Priit Leito. 

“I let my head and my heart rule equally in deciding to take up the post,”
Kallas revealed. “The Ekspress Group is expanding geographically and in
business terms, presenting me with a fantastic opportunity to use the
experience I have gained so far and to take myself further. The fact that it is
also a listed company with a solid strategy and vision for the future was also
key in my decision.” 

Kallas has directed the finances of three different companies in the past:
Sportland International Group AS, from 2006 to 2007; Tele2 Eesti AS, from 1997
to 2006, in which she was also the legal relations and auditing manager and an
internal auditor; and AS ABE International, from 1993 to 1997. She is not part
of the management bodies of any other company and has no shares in the Ekspress
Group. 

Kallas graduated from the Tallinn University of Technology in economics in
1983, obtaining her master's degree from the Estonian Business School in 2002.
