ACQUISITION OF RIG POLICE RECRUIT
G4S, the international security solutions group, announces the acquisition of
RIG -PR Limited (“Police Recruit”), the UK's leading recruitment agency
specialising in temporary and permanent police jobs and roles. G4S has acquired
Police Recruit from Bryan Lloyd, Peter Flaherty and a number of other
shareholders.
Police Recruit was established in 2002 and has in excess of 11,000 former police
officers and civilian specialists on its books. Police Recruit provides staff
to police forces across the UK and internationally. The acquisition will enable
G4S to expand its range of services to UK police forces.
Police Recruit has gross assets of £3 million.
