Bernard Software, Inc. (OTCBB: SBSW), a global provider of security
appliances and on-demand solutions, including secure content management and
archiving, today introduced the Managed Enterprise Reporting Service (MERS)
for iPrism® Web-filtering appliances.
This marks the first step in the company's new hybrid strategy, designed to

initial hybrid security launch enables St. Bernard customers to run

on-premise and in-the-cloud offerings, unveiling St. Bernard's hybrid
approach to meeting our customers' security needs," said Andrew Lochart,

secure content management functionality in the best location, maximizing
their deployments' effectiveness, scalability and cost efficiency."
