mSpot Hits Two Million Subscriber Milestone

Innovation, Content Partnerships and Carrier Adoption Drive Record Growth and Profitability for Mobile Music Pioneer

PALO ALTO, CA--(Marketwire - October 22, 2007) - mSpot, a pioneer in mobile music and radio, today announced it has surpassed two million paying subscribers, more than doubling its subscriber base in just six months. mSpot will be demonstrating its exciting mobile music services this week at CTIA WIRELESS I.T. and Entertainment in booth #1044 of San Francisco's Moscone Center.

"Over the past two years mSpot has evolved from breaking ground in an emerging mobile music market to establishing leadership in what is now a multi-billion dollar global industry," said Daren Tsui, mSpot co-founder and CEO. "We've doubled our subscriber base in the past six months, and the majority of these fans are tuning in to our music offerings as we continue to innovate the most compelling portfolio of mobile music services available today."

According to mobile research firm M:Metrics, 31 percent of consumers that use both a music phone and a digital music player selected their music phone as their primary music device. mSpot's mission is to help mobile carriers create and offer music services that are easy-to-use, and will encourage all consumers to make mobile phones their primary music devices.

Today mSpot powers 11 live services across six major North American carriers. mSpot's managed music services -- mSpot Radio, mSpot Remix over-the-air (OTA) PC to mobile syncing, mSpot Make-A-Ringer custom ringtone maker, and music videos -- are available to carriers separately, or integrated into a branded music portal that provides a single "spot" with a completely seamless user experience where consumers can easily discover, manage, purchase and enjoy music, radio, ringtones and videos.

mSpot has achieved the following music milestones in the past six months:

-- Inked partnerships with ABC Radio Networks and Clear Channel Radio to
bring mSpot Radio more than 115 channels of live, local radio stations from

    streaming mobile radio line-up.

let consumers use their mobile phones to easily and legally create
completely customizable ringtones from their favorite songs.

Group, to introduce IDJ Radio, a mobile music service dedicated to urban
