Abaris Ejendomme A/S - reprimand and corrected text on the observation segment

The company's Certified Adviser, Nordic Corporate Finance, has informed on 19   
October 2007 that they no longer wish to be Certified Advisors for Abaris       
Ejendomme A/S, since they do not feel capable of monitoring Abaris Ejendomme A/S
and has not been sufficiently informed of the issues mentioned in the media.    

Furthermore Certifed Adviser has informed that the chairman of the board in     
Abaris Ejendomme, Dan Terkildsen and member of the board, Michael Eide as of    
today has resigned the board of directors based on the articles in Jyllands     
Posten the last couple of days.                                                 

Following this, Abaris Ejendomme A/S is without a Certified Adviser and the     
company's board of directors consists of only one person, Kaj Thisted, who is   
also the managing director in Abaris Ejendomme A/S.                             

In the light of this situation and the general insecurity concerning the present
situation of the company, First North transferred the company to the observation
segment on 19 October 2007.                                                     

First North has sent a request for the company, to create a detailed statement  
of the different circumstances within the company, as quickly as possible,      
including the allegations from the media, which apparently concerns the main    
business of Abaris.                                                             

The background for First North's enquiry to the company, is that a company must 
publish any decision the company makes, as quickly as possible, together with   
information which is assumed to have considerable importance for the pricing of 
the company's financial instruments. Furthermore, it is an essential condition  
for the function of the market place, that the investors can trust the          
companies, listed for trading on First North.                                   

It is of vital importance for the confidence in the companies, listed for       
trading on First North, that published information is correct and on time.      
Furthermore it is extremely important that First North and the company's        
Certified Adviser, can reach the management within a short time span. In a      
period with considerable insecurity concerning the conditions of the company, it
is even more crucial, that contact to the management is made possible.          

First North has tried to contact the management of the company several times, to
get a clarification of the conditions of the company. First North has not yet   
succeeded in doing this.                                                        
                                                             
First North has given a reprimand to the board of directors and the management  
in Abaris Ejendomme, as it is not possible to contact the management concerning 
a clarification of the conditions of the company.                               

In the light of the situation, First North is changing the text in the          
observation segment in the ISIN below, to:                                      

”Awaiting clarification from the management of the company, concerning the      
conditions of the company trf. 19.10.2007”
