Home Capital AB has today 23rd of October 2007, informed in a press release about that Home Invest AB owns more than 90 per cent of the shares and votes in Home Capital AB. Home Capital AB does therefore no longer fulfill the listing requirement applicable to companies on First North that state that at least 10 per cent of the shares in a company on First North have to be owned by the general public.
With reference to what is stated above, OMX Nordic Exchange Stockholm AB has therefore decided that the shares in Home Capital AB (ISIN code SE0001839481 and order book ID 38349) will be placed on the observation segment until further notice.
The shares will be transferred with effect from Wednesday, October 24th, 2007.
