Equities: Teligent AB transferred back from the observation segment (253/07)

Teligent AB (the Company) has on October 8, 2007 disclosed in a press release that the Company’s share issue was fully subscribed and therefore was provided MSEK 231 excluding cost of issue.

With reference to the share issue the Company’s financial situation no longer is regarded as uncertain. Therefore will the shares in Teligent AB (ISIN code SE0000434342 and orderbook ID 3539) be transferred back to its ordinary position.

The shares will be transferred with effect from Friday October 26th, 2007.
