Raif Nisametdin's holding of Satama Interactive Plc's shares and voting rights
may exceed 1/10 based on a share loan agreement made on 24 October 2007 as well
as previous forward trading contracts. After the share loan agreement has
expired on 16 November 2007 the aggregate holding may exceed 1/20.
