On Apranga Group preliminary unaudited profit for 9 months 2007

The leader of retail apparel market in Lithuania and the Baltic States Apranga
Group has earned preliminary unaudited consolidated profit before taxes of LTL
20.3 million (EUR 5.9 million) in 9 months of 2007, or 51.4% more than in 9
months of 2006 (LTL 13.4 million or EUR 3.9 million). 

Apranga Group's profit before taxes increase was in line with high retail
turnover growth rate. 

The turnover of Apranga Group retail chain has made LTL 306.5 million (EUR 88.8
million) in January through September 2007, or 50.9% more than in corresponding
period of last year. 

In 2007 Apranga Group has already opened or reconstructed 23 stores, 6 stores
were closed. The expansion of Apranga group in 2007 is the most rapid in
company's history in terms of both area of opened shops and amount of
investments. Currently Apranga Group runs a chain of 79 stores. 

Apranga Group is owned by the concern MG Baltic.
