Equities: Trading in Nobel Biocare Holding AG excluding put options (259/07)

As from November 5th, 2007, Nobel Biocare Holding AG (Nobel Biocare) will be traded excluding put options.

Terms: One (1) put option will be received for each share in Nobel Biocare. Twenty eight (28) put options will be required in order to redeem one (1) share. CFH 390 will be paid for each redeemed share
Unchanged round lot: 10 shares

Notice! The put options will not be traded at OMX Nordic Exchange Stockholm AB. Shareholders with shares registered at VPC will be offered to either exercise their put options, or sell the put options at SWX Swiss Exchange via a facilitated procedure. Information concerning this buyback process will be sent to VPC registered shareholders on November 8th, 2007.
