Peab to build flats in Malmo

Peab has been contracted to build 80 new flats at Dockan in Malmo. JM is the
client and the contract amounts to SEK 147 million. The work will begin in
November and it is estimated to be ready for moving in during June 2009. 

Dockan is the old Kockum shipyard at the west harbour docklands in Malmo. In
this area has Peab built 470 flats the resent years with JM as client in
different housing cooperatives, next to the nowadays water filled dry dock.
