ACQUISITION OF BYENS LÅSESERVICE ApS
G4S, the international security solutions group, announces the acquisition of
Byens Låseservice ApS from Steiner ApS in Denmark.
Byens Låseservice ApS is a locksmith's business which is based in Aarhus,
Denmark's second largest city.
By combining this business with its existing locksmith's services, G4S will have
national market coverage in Denmark.
Byens Låseservice ApS was established in 1977 and has gross assets of £0.6
million.
