Horgen, November 5, 2007 - Satisloh division CEO Dr Urs Meyer will be leaving the company effective December 31, 2007. After six-and-a-half successful years with Satisloh he will be taking on a new challenge outside the Schweiter Technologies Group. Dr Meyer played a key role in the impressive transformation of the Satisloh Group into a global leader in the coating and surface processing of optical lenses. The Board of Directors and Group Management would like to thank him for his exceptional services and wish him every success in his future endeavors.
With effect from January 1, 2008 Schweiter Technologies CEO Beat Siegrist will head the Satisloh division until further notice. Satisloh is on course for a very good result in 2007 and will achieve the ambitious targets set.
