Citycon Oyj announces that it has received, in accordance with
Chapter 2, Section 9 of the Securities Markets Act, a notification
from Perennial Investment Partners Ltd, in which Perennial Investment
Partners Ltd announces the following:

As a result of a share transaction concluded on November 5, 2007, the
holdings of Perennial Investment Partners Ltd, (AFSL No: 238763. ABN:
59 087 901 620) now represent 5.10% of the voting rights and share
capital of Citycon Oyj. Under Chapter 2, Section 9 of the Securities
Markets Act, we hereby notify the Financial Supervision Authority and
Citycon of the following:

2. Date of change in holdings: 5 November 2007
