Management Board of Joint-stock company "GRIGIŠKĖS" passed the following
decision on 08 11 2007: the Extraordinary General Meeting will take place on 11
12 2007 at 10 a.m. at the Grigiškės cultural center (Vilniaus str. 12,
Grigiškės, Vilnius city municipality). 
Accounting day is on 04 12 2007.
On the agenda:
1)The election of the members of the Supervisory board of Joint-stock company
“GRIGIŠKĖS”. 
2)The change of the articles of association of Joint-stock company “GRIGIŠKĖS”,
consolidation of it's new edit and the investiture of commissions to sign the
articles of association.
