Anew Learning completes the acquisition of a school in Östersund

Bure announced on 6 November 2007 that Bure´s group of independent schools, Anew
Learning AB, signed an agreement to take over the operations of the independent
school Primrose Friskola in Östersund. The agreement was conditioned on the
approval of the Swedish Agency for Education regarding the change of principal. 

The Swedish Agency for Education has announced that they accept the change of
principal and therefore Anew Learning now will complete the acquisition.
