IOS LLC Response to Civil Litigation Filed by Coupon Information Corporation Members

BLOOMINGTON, Ind., Nov. 14, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- A consortium of companies who are members of The Coupon Information Corporation ("CIC") filed a civil suit recently against IOS LLC and certain individuals claiming racketeering fraud and alleging damages of $150 million.

Since the valued customers, suppliers and employees of IOS LLC deserve a response to these charges, the following was issued today by Chief Executive Officer Greg Rayburn:

"Earlier this year the federal government dismissed criminal charges that had been lodged against the company.

"Upon review, it is obvious most of the civil complaint was simply copied from the exact language of the federal charges. There are no new allegations in the complaint, and we will move for the complaint to be dismissed.

"These charges were brought against IOS LLC and certain of its former employees. None of the claims alleged in the complaint are recent, or involve any suggestion of impropriety on behalf of today's IOS, its employees, agents and management.

"The management of today's IOS is concerned that the plaintiffs may be unwitting participants in a scheme to disrupt our business, demoralize our workers and create an atmosphere of distrust among our valued customers.

"We cannot allow this action to jeopardize the livelihoods of thousands of IOS workers across the globe, or the business operations of our customers who depend on today's IOS for its proven excellence and internationally recognized standards of performance.

"Until the company's formal response is made in court, please be assured that the civil litigation will have no impact on our ability to operate and to serve our customers. We continue to cooperate fully with federal investigators and regulators.

"Again, please accept my personal assurance that IOS LLC management has taken steps to insure that there is no misconduct in the company's ongoing business, and that we continue to be a world leader in outsourced services."
