Sale of Meloodia

AS Tallink Grupp's subsidiary company Tallink Swedish Line Ltd. has entered into
the Memorandum of Agreement, whereby Tallink Swedish Line Ltd. will sell M/V    
Meloodia to the Singaporean company. The transaction will be completed and the  
vessel will be delivered to the buyer supposedly in December 2007.              

The profit from the sale will not be significant to the consolidated financial 
results of AS Tallink Grupp .
