On November 14 2007, Marathon Asset Management LLP has announced that Marathon 
Asset Management LLP has increased their indirect holdings of GN Store Nord
shares to 14,645,800 shares (7.03 per cent). 

Marathon Asset Management LLP has also informed GN Store Nord that they control
