Pursuant to S28 of the Danish Act on Securities Trading, OMX The Nordic
Exchange Co-penhagen is hereby notified that the Jyske Bank Group owns
2,801,721 shares, the face value of which is DKK 10, in Jyske Bank A/S,
corresponding to 5.0% of the total share capital. 
 
The most recent notification was dated 26 October 2007 and stated that the
Jyske Bank Group owned 2,036,862 shares, corresponding to 3.6% of the total
share capital of Jyske Bank A/S.
