Nederman acquires Fumex, an English installation company.

Nederman UK has acquired Fumex Installations Limited in England.  The company
turns over MSEK 40. The group consolidated sales will increase by about MSEK 30
through this acquisition.

Fumex, among England´s largest installers in the Nederman line of business,
primarily in the automotive aftermarket segment, has already a close working
relationship with Nederman UK. 

The acquisition supports the Nederman strategy to get closer to the end
customers with more direct and project sales as well as increased focus on the
aftermarket. 

The former owners of Fumex will remain in their present positions. 

The initial consideration is about MSEK 14. The acquisition will not in any
appreciable way affect this year's result, but profit per share will, on an
annual basis, increase by SEK 0,15 before any synergies.
