The Supervisory Board of Elion Enterprises, which is wholly owned by AS Eesti Telekom, confirmed the appointment of a new member to the Management Board and the recall of two members. On 1 January 2008, Tarmo Kärsna will be appointed as a member to the Elion Enterprises Management Board. Irina Morozova and Margus Kurm will be recalled from the Management Board on 31 December 2007. Tarmo Kärsna has been worked as Head of Corporate Customer Division of Elion Enterprises since 2005. 2003-2005 he worked as Head of marketing and development department of AS Hansa Liising. The new member of the Elion Enterprises Management Board does not own any AS Eesti Telekom shares. Valdur Laid, Valev Tõnisson, Rein Astrik, Agur Jõgi, Jaak Jõgi and Arti Ots will continue as members of the Elion Enterprises Management Board.
