In conformity with the Transparency Directive, Octopus Protected VCT PLC notifies the market of the following: Octopus Protected VCT PLC's capital consists of 27,336,444 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 10 pence each, with voting rights. Octopus Protected VCT PLC does not hold any Ordinary Shares in Treasury.
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Octopus Protected VCT PLC is 27,336,444.
The figure of 27,336,444 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Octopus Protected VCT PLC under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
