Today, the board of directors of Satair A/S (“Satair” or the “Company”) has
decided to increase the share capital of Satair by up to a nominal amount of
DKK 443,000 by exercising part of the authorization granted in pursuance of
article 5.2 of the articles of association as part of establishing an employee
share scheme in accordance with Section 7A of the Danish Tax Assessment Act for
certain employees working in Satair A/S, Satair USA Inc. Satair Middle East
FZCO, Satair Hardware SAS, Satair Hardware UK Ltd. and Satair Hardware USA Inc,
who meet certain employment criteria.
