Trifork A/S - preliminary announcement regarding initial public offering
Trifork A/S offers 1,300,000 new shares of nominally DKK 1 at a fixed price of
DKK 8.50 per share. The shares are subscribed in the period from 12 December
2007 at 10 AM to 13 October 2007 at 4 PM. The subscription can be closed no
sooner than 12 December 2007 at 4 PM.
Provided that the distribution of the shares is approved by the exchange,
Trifork is expected to be admitted to trading and official listing on 20
December 2007.
The listing will take place in the ISIN code below.
