FirstNorth: Enlight International AB transferred back from the observation segment (217/07)

Enlight International AB was placed on the observation segment on April 24, 2007 after the company announced that it was going to prepare a balance sheet for liquidation purposes in its subsidiary Enlight AB since half of the share capital in the subsidiary had been used. The company today December 10, 2007 announced that the share capital in Enlight AB has been decreased to avoid a forced liquidation in accordance with the Swedish Company’s act (2005:551). A general meeting in Enlight AB has also been held where it has been decided that the operations of the company shall be continued. 

With reference to what is stated above, the shares in Enlight International AB (ISIN code SE0001511320 and order book ID 30964) will be transferred back to its ordinary position. 

The shares will be transferred with effect from Tuesday, December 11th, 2007.
