STROMSDAL CORPORATION STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 12 December 2007 at 15.30 hrs (Finnish time) STROMSDAL CORPORATION'S EBITDA FOR 2007 WILL BE WEAKER THAN EXPECTED Due to the weaker sales for the graphical and food packaging boards in November and the sales forecast for December as well as the continuously increasing prices for raw materials, the EBITDA for the last quarter is expected to be negative. The implemented investments and the additional investments that will be carried out in the near future have improved the product quality level and also reduced the production costs. However, the results from these improvements have not yet been sufficient to fully compensate for the forecasted weaker result.
