European Carrier Selects Evolving Systems' NumeriTrack(R) Solution for Wireline Number Management

ENGLEWOOD, CO--(Marketwire - December 13, 2007) - Evolving Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ : EVOL ), a
leading provider of software solutions and services to the wireless,
wireline and IP carrier market, today announced that one of its European
customers has placed an order to deploy the NumeriTrack resource management
solution to support the rollout of their wireline network.
Launching a wireline network is a complex undertaking, requiring a carrier
to find a solution that meets both tactical and strategic requirements. A
new resource management solution has to be able to support the network
launch in rapid timescales as well as provide a seamless transition from
the current solution. After a detailed evaluation, the customer selected
Evolving Systems' solution as the best fit for meeting these requirements.
In order to support this launch, Evolving Systems' current Tertio™
solution will be expanded to support wireline and convergent services in
addition to the wireless services it already supports. The NumeriTrack
resource management solution will be integrated with Tertio and support the
identifiers associated with wireline services, including telephone numbers
and email addresses.
