Rejlers Oy acquries the technical consultant company KL-Team

The Rejler Group company, Rejlers Oy intends to acquire the technical
consultant company KL-Team Talotekniikka Oy in Tammerfors, Finland.
KL-Team has 14 employees and a turnover of approximately SEK 10
million with good profitability. The company offers consultancy
services within Ventilation and Sanition and electrical engineering
to the customer group Construction and Property. The market prospects
for the business are positive. KL-Team operates in the Tammerfors
region, in Helsingfors and other cities in southern Finland.
The acquisition strengthens Rejlers' position in southern Finland and
provides great opportunities for growth. After the acquisition
Rejlers Finland has more than 250 employees. The acquisition will be
carried out  on January 2, 2008.
