For some time we have been in discussions with a number of parties that have
indicated an interest in the company. At present, however, the outcome of these
discussions is unclear and we have no further comments to make. 

In all other respects, business is proceeding as usual with a focus on ongoing
efficiency improvements to achieve a profitable Scribona.
