A total of Dansk Bank DKK 49,340,000 equity index-linked notes issued under
Danske Bank A/S's EUR 40,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme - Danske
TOPIX 2009.
Danske Bank issues notes linked to the Japanese TOPIX index (ISIN code
DK0030073408). The notes will be known as Danske TOPIX 2009.
The notes will be issued on 17 December 2007 and will mature on 17 December
2009. The notes will be registered with VP Securities Services, and an
application will be filed for listing of the notes on OMX Nordic Exchange
Copenhagen A/S as from 17 December 2007.
The subscription period ran from 3 December to 7 December 2007 (both days
included).
Danske TOPIX 2009 will be issued in an aggregate nominal amount of DKK
49,340,000 equal to the amount subscribed for. The notes are zero-coupon
securities.
As calculation agent, Danske Bank A/S has fixed the maximum change in the index
(the “Cap”) at 42.50%.
