Management Change in Columbus IT Partner A/S
- Sven Madsen leaves the Board of Management and Claus Hansen enters


The Board of Directors for Columbus IT Partner A/S has approved that Sven
Madsen leaves the Board of Management as of January 1st 2008 and that Claus
Hansen enters in his place. 

The Board of Management from then on consists of CEO Michael Gaardboe and COO
Claus Hansen. 

At the same time Sven Madsen resigns from his position as CFO of Columbus IT
Partner A/S and is succeeded by Heine Thorsgaard, who has been the Head of
Group Finance in Columbus IT Partner since December 2006. 

Sven Madsen came from Consolidated Holdings A/S in August 2005, where he is
also CFO. Sven Madsen will continue as member of the Board of Directors for
Columbus IT Partner A/S, and as member of selected companies of the Columbus
group around the world.
