TietoEnator's Board of Directors has decided to cancel all the company's shares that were acquired by the company during August and September 2007 under the authorization granted to the Board by the Annual General Meeting on 22 March 2007. The 1 935 000 shares to be cancelled represent 2.6% of the total number of shares and voting rights in the company. Following registration, the aggregate number of shares in TietoEnator amounts to 72 023 173 and TietoEnator continues to have 361 650 shares in its possession. Shares held by the company represent 0.5% of all the shares and voting rights.
