7 December 2007. Their voting portion now amounts to 76.36%. This
corresponds to 7,174,150 votes.

This portion comprises 76.36% voting rights (corresponding to 7,174,150
voting rights) of NDO Services B.V., and arxes group GmbH which are
attributed to TDMI Duitsland pursuant to section 22 para 1 sentence 1 no 1
WpHG and are held directly by arxes group GmbH (76.36%, corresponding to
