Totalkredit A/S - changes in capital

In December, Totalkredit A/S repaid subordinate loan capital of EUR 200m
equivalent to DKK 1,485m. 

In this connection, Totalkredit A/S increased its share capital by DKK 500m and
raised subordinate loan capital of DKK 500m as at 21 December 2007. 

The capital increase was subscribed for in its entirety by Nykredit Realkredit
A/S. 

The authority granted to Totalkredit's Board of Directors at the Company's
general meeting held on 27 March 2007 to raise the share capital by up to DKK
2,000m by subscription for new shares has been fully exercised following the
increases in June 2007 and December 2007, and Article 5 of the Company's
Articles of Association has been amended accordingly.
