Carol Meyers Joins LogMeIn as Senior Vice President, Chief Marketing Officer


WOBURN, Mass., Jan. 3, 2008 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- LogMeIn Inc. today announced that software industry veteran Carol Meyers has joined the company as senior vice president, chief marketing officer. Meyers is responsible for leading LogMeIn's worldwide marketing strategy.

Before joining LogMeIn, Meyers was senior vice president and chief marketing officer at Unica Corporation, a publicly-traded provider of enterprise marketing management software. She was most recently chief marketing officer for Unica Corporation where she played a pivotal role in growing the company -- and establishing the category of Enterprise Marketing Management. Prior to Unica, she served various marketing, sales and channel development roles at Shiva Corporation, including vice president of the North American business group. Shiva was acquired by Intel Corporation in 1999. Earlier in her career, Meyers was in product marketing and strategy at Lotus Development Corp and graduated from GE's Financial Management Program.

Meyers holds a B.S. in Finance from Fairfield (CT) University.
