Addtech acquires diagnostics company in immunology

Addtech Life Science, a business area in the Addtech Group, has today
signed an agreement to acquire all shares outstanding in Immunkemi
F&D AB.

Immunkemi distributes diagnostic and research reagents to hospital
laboratories, medical schools, universities and the pharmaceutical
industry. The company represents leading suppliers in the field of
immunology and has revenue of MSEK 10.

Via its subsidiaries Triolab and Bergman Diagnostika, Addtech sells
reagents and equipment for hospital laboratories in the entire Nordic
Region. With this acquisition the Group increases its exposure to
these markets.

The acquisition is estimated to have a marginally positive effect on
Addtech's earnings per share during the current financial year. The
closing will take place immediately.
