The Nordic Exchange welcomes Danfold to First North

Today the trading in Danfold's shares commence on First North in Copenhagen.
Danfold is the 128th company on First North.

Danfold was founded at Mors, in Denmark, in 1978 and was one of Denmark's first
folio drawer factories. The factory is still situated at Mors and the company
is proud not to have had to move parts or the entire production to cheaper
countries. Instead it has been decided to modernize and optimize the factory
both when it comes to internal administrative IT-systems and processes and the
production methods of the factory.

Danfold has a clear goal. By 2010 the company wants to be among the leading
producers of drawer parts in Europe. Of the 35.000.000 drawer parts which leave
the factory yearly, the company exports about 30 percent to other countries.

”We are pleased to welcome Danfold to the Consumer Discretionary sector on
First North. Danfold is the first new company of the year and we hope the
company is as excited to start 2008 as we are. 2007 was yet another good year
for First North with 55 new companies and we hope that 2008 will be just as
interesting and rewarding,” says Carsten Borring, Head of First North
Copenhagen.

A round lot of shares in Danfold, whose short name is DFOLD, amounts to 500.
Danfold is registered in the Consumer Discretionary sector.
