EXCHANGE NOTICE 16/2008, 8 JANUARY 2008 SHARES THE SHARE OF NURMINEN LOGISTICS PLC ON OBSERVATION SEGMENT Nurminen Logistics Plc published on January 8, 2008 the following Stock Exchange Release: "FINAL RESULT OF THE TENDER OFFER RELATED TO THE SHARES IN NURMINEN LOGISTICS PLC". In the Stock Exchange Release Nurminen Logistics Plc announced that after the consummation of the Tender Offer the company had approximately 250 shareholders and approximately 21.8 percent of the company's shares are in public hands. Thus, Nurminen Logistics Plc fails significantly to satisfy the Listing Requirements regarding that the conditions for a sufficient demand and supply shall exist in order to facilitate a reliable price formation process (rules 2.1.3.7.1, 2.1.3.7.2 and 2.1.3.7.3 of the Rules of the Stock Exchange). OMX Nordic Exchange Helsinki transferred on September 7, 2007 the share of Nurminen Logistics Plc to the Observation segment on the grounds of the Rules of the Stock Exchange rule 2.1.8 articles 4 and 5. The grounds of the Rules of the Stock Exchange rules 2.1.8 articles 4 and 5 for transferring the share to the observation segment no longer exist. The purpose of the Observation segment is to call investors' attention to a specific matter concerning the listed company. Tiedotteen mukaan ostotarjouksen toteutumisen jälkeen yhtiöllä on noin 250 osakkeenomistajaa. Yleisön hallussa on ostotarjouksen jälkeen noin 21,8 prosenttia yhtiön osakkeista. Nurminen Logistics Oyj:llä on edellä mainitun perusteella merkittävä puute listalleottamisen osakkeen hinnanmuodostusta koskevien Arvopaperipörssin sääntöjen kohtien 2.1.3.7.1, 2.1.3.7.2 ja 2.1.3.7.3 mukaisten edellytysten täyttymisessä. OMX Pohjoismainen Pörssi Helsinki siirsi 7.9.2007 Nurminen Logistics Oyj:n osakkeen Arvopaperipörssin sääntöjen 2.1.8 kohtien 4 ja 5 perusteella tarkkailulistalle. Arvopaperipörssin sääntöjen 2.1.8 kohtien 4 ja 5 mukaiset tarkkailulistalle siirtämisen perusteet ovat poistuneet.
