HOUSTON, Jan. 9, 2008 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- Stallion Oilfield Services Ltd. announced today its acquisition of Polleyco Construction Services, L.P. ("Polleyco"), headquartered in Fort Worth, Texas. Polleyco provides integrated concierge services to oil and gas operators including wellsite construction, site maintenance, fluid logistics solutions, and other services to expedite drilling, completion, and production activities in the active Barnett Shale area. Polleyco operates from three strategically located facilities in Decatur, Denton and Glen Rose and has recently secured an operating office in the Fayetteville Shale of Arkansas.
