Holding of own shares
Forstædernes Bank has increased its holding of own shares to a total of 935.073
shares of a nominal value of DKK 25 each, equivalent to 5.0084 % of the share
capital.
The most recent notice on the bank's holding of own shares was that of 1
November 2002, in which it was reported that as of that date, the bank's
holding of own shares totaled 75,204 shares of a nominal value of DKK 100 each,
equivalent to 2.01 % of the share capital at that time.
