TAMPA, FL--(Marketwire - January 15, 2008) - Elysium Internet, Inc., a profitable online media
Company and wholly owned subsidiary of FTS Group, Inc. (OTCBB : FLIP ), today
announced that has agreed to acquire the direct navigation domain name
NevadaLawyer.com. The acquisition adds to the Company's extensive portfolio
of legal domains including several other Nevada and Delaware direct
navigation legal domains. FTS also announced a recent wave of convertible
debt reductions totaling $87,500.
FTS Group and Elysium Internet CEO Scott Gallagher commented, "We're
excited to add NevadaLawyer.com to our growing legal domain portfolio. The
two states with the most registered public corporations in America are
Nevada and Delaware; we already own most of the direct navigation domains
targeting that key market and NevadaLawyer.com is one we really wanted."
Gallagher went on to say, "I'd also like to advise our shareholders that
we've paid over $87,500 in convertible debt since December 1 of last year
including $60,000 in the last week. This, in my opinion, is the reason for
the recent decline in our share price. Our Companies continue to operate at
or above expected levels. Potential acquisition and deal flow levels are
actually the highest we've ever experienced. And lastly, our plans to spin
off FTS Wireless are moving forward as expected and should deliver an
additional increase in shareholder value when closed."
See World Satellites Founder Rickey Miller commented, "Why these money
managers decided to liquidate their holdings at this time is beyond me. The
Company is on the right track and moving forward. As a major stockholder of
the Company I believe the debt reduction on the books of FTS Group is
positive for all long-term shareholders and believe the new developments
planned for FTS in 2008 will facilitate in major turnaround."
