Release of a Voting Rights announcement

On January 15, 2008 , Mr Rudolf Stolz, Deutschland has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting
Rights on Sektkellerei Schloss Wachenheim AG, Trier, Deutschland, ISIN:
DE0007229007, WKN: 722900, have exceeded the 3%, 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%,
30% and 50% limit of the Voting Rights on January 15, 2008  and now amount
to 70.215% (this corresponds to 5561040 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 70.20%
of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 5559840 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to Mr Stolz  from Günther Reh Aktiengesellschaft via Günther Reh
Aktiengesellschaft.
