On establishment of subsidiary of APB Apranga

APB Apranga established subsidiary UAB Apranga SLT, which will operate
Stradivarius stores in Lithuania under agreement with Inditex. The established
company has share capital of LTL 300 thousand (EUR 87 thousand). Apranga APB
controls 100% of the company's capital and voting rights. 

Apranga Group is owned by the Concern MG Baltic.
