The unaudited consolidated sales revenue of Tallinna Kaubamaja Group in 2007
amounted to 5,9 billion kroons (375,4 million euros). The sales revenue of the
group in 2006 amounted to 4.2 billion kroons (270.9 million euros). Turnover
increased by 39%. 

The consolidated sales revenue of the Group in the fourth quarter of 2007
amounted to 1,7 billion kroons (108,1 million euros), which is 30% more than
during the same period of the previous year, when sales revenue amounted to 1.3
billion kroons (83.0 million euros). 

Sales revenue in the business segment of supermarkets in 2007 amounted to 3,7
billion kroons (238,5 million euros), which is 28% more than in the previous
year. Sales revenue of Selver in the fourth quarter amounted to 1,0 billion
kroons (66,8 million euros), which shows an increase of 25% when compared to
the same period in the previous year. The share of Selver in the retail sales
of unspecialised food stores in the country in 2007 amounted to an estimated
14,6%, which shows an annual increase of 1,3%. 

Sales revenue in the business segment of department stores in 2007 amounted to
1,5 billion kroons (98,8 million euros), which shows an increase of 19% when
compared to the previous year. Sales revenue in the business segment of
department stores in the fourth quarter amounted to 490,6 million kroons (31,4
million euros), which was 12% more than during the same period in the previous
year. 

Sales revenue in the business segment of property in 2007 amounted to 40,5
million kroons (2,6 million euros), which shows an increase of 8% when compared
to the previous year. Sales revenue in the business segment of property in the
fourth quarter amounted to 10,4 million kroons (0,7 million euros), which was
2% more than during the same period in the previous year. The reference data of
the business segment of property for 2006 have been made to comply with the
data for 2007 and the turnover between segments has been eliminated. 

Sales revenue in the business segment of vehicle trade in 2007 amounted to
565,6 million kroons (36,1 million euros). 2 207 new vehicles were sold in
2007, which is 76% more than in 2006. Sales revenue in the business segment of
vehicle trade in the fourth quarter amounted to 149 million kroons (9,5 million
euros). 605 new vehicles were sold in the fourth quarter. 

Sale revenue in 2007 was influenced by the increase in the population's
purchase power and the good economic environment. 

The average sales revenue of the Group per square metre of sales space in 2007
amounted to 6,6 thousand kroons, which is 14% more than in the previous year.
Said indicator in the business segment of supermarkets was 7,6 thousand kroons
per month and in the business segment of department stores 5,6 thousand kroons
a month, with the increases being 21% and 13%, respectively. The Group acquired
a total of 4,2 thousand square metres of new sales space during the year and
the total sales space by the end of the year amounted to 66,4 thousand square
metres. 

A total of 34,8 million purchases were made in the Group in 2007, which is 9%
more than in the previous year. 26,2 million purchases were made in the Selver
chain and 8,6 million purchases were made in the Kaubamaja department stores.
The number of purchases increased 12% and 6%, respectively. 

The number of loyal customers at the end of 2007 was 250 thousand, which shows
an annual increase of 10%. The number of Partner credit cards exceeded 10 000
cards. 

The goals of the Tallinna Kaubamaja Group for 2008 are: 
	expending the Selver chain in Estonian and Latvian markets;  
	opening the first shop in the I.L.U. beauty product store chain;
	paying more attention to increasing the efficiency of the existing Kaubamaja
department stores; 
	expanding the vehicle sales and servicing network and adding new makes in
addition to Kia Motors; 
	looking for possible additional development opportunities.
